That’s all. Now the system will disable the Lock Screen and there will be no more lock screen when you start your PC later, but you do not need to restart your system now to apply the changes to your system. If ever you want to enable the lock screen, you can again follow the same process by selecting the second file named "EnableLockScreen.reg".

Step 8: A new window will appear on your screen by the name "Edit DWORD (32-bit) Value" where you need to select "1" for the Lock Screen Value and press "OK".
That’s it. You have disabled the Lock Screen in Windows 8.1 successfully.
