In the past 24 hours, a number of services were back on including the Dev Centers – seems like Apple is back in full action! Services coming online again mean iOS 7 Beta 4 seeding. We might see the much awaited Beta 4 coming out soon. Following the issue at hand, the news has been circulating regarding a delay in iOS 7 Beta 4 release along with concerns over the progress in the development of the software in the face of the delay.
