Emoticons are the perfect way to express emotions or feelings via a message. We can define the mood of words with the help of emoticons; sorrow, joy, sarcasm, anger or whatsoever emotion that needs to be conveyed. And with the new generation's reliance on texts and messages, such a tool is a necessity.

EmojiTo add emoticons from a third source in Android is not a difficult task. But to get access to emoticons in iOS is not a simple play. However, there is always a hidden path in every iOS for the emoji feature that is discovered by jailbreak. But in iOS 7 it takes seconds to be discovered. As the store of emoticons is not available by default, with just a few seconds you can unveil the entire stock and use it in your iMessages or simple texts.

The following procedure is to be followed:

  1. Navigate to the Settings and click to General.
  2. Arriving on the General option, select the Keyboard option.
  3. Click the Add new Keyboard function.
  4. Lastly, scroll down until you see "Emoji". Click on it and gain access to your paradise of emoticons.

When the jailbreak comes through, there will be many more emoticons for you to enjoy in the Cydia store. But for now, you will have to make your peace with these emoticons.

To gain access the path is simple, and extremely easy. So you can now easily use all kinds of emoticons in your messages. Just press the globe sign at the corner of the keypad, and Voila! The world of Emoji becomes your own to behold.

Fix: iMessage Not Working on iOS 7 [3 Simple Steps]

Posted: 01 Oct 2013 04:38 PM PDT

iMessage which is one of the greatest achievements by Apple is widely popular and is considered a faithful companion. The service that allows an Apple user to connect to another Apple user is adored by many users. However, over the time various reports have been gathered, which show a tendency of downtime episodes and spam attacks.  And since iOS 7 hit the markets, complains have been originating about messages not being delivered or received in a timely fashion.

iMessage Not WorkingPeople have been stating that when relapsing to the typical SMS, the app keeps on sending the messages through iMessage. And since the arrival and iOS 7.0.2, the iMessage has been more baffling than before!

Before we start looking at all the complicated ways to fix this error, we advise that a simple restart of the device might just be the answer. The solution is obvious and yes, definitely authentic as restarting a device usually whisks away the problem at hand, even if momentarily.

If this simple incantation does not solve your problem, the following process might be of help:

Stage 1: Go to the settings and de-activate your iMessages.

Stage 2: The next phase requires you to reset your device network settings. Resetting the network settings causes all the hotspots to be automatically deleted but it is a mandatory step. You need to go to the settings again, navigate to General and click on the Reset option.

Stage 3: The final step is to activate your iMessages.

Hopefully, this process will solve the impending issue of the iMessages, but then again, no guarantees can be offered. Lets' hope Apple is able to offer a more permanent solution than this
